Yes. No card is asked for during the tester period, and nothing is charged.
Any tester requests you have not used expire and the account carries on as a free account. Nothing renews and nothing is billed unless you choose a plan yourself. If you do, within 30 days, the 20% discount applies.
No. They get the request by email and reply the way they always do: an email, a PDF, a photo or a spreadsheet. Approvers sign off from a link, also without an account.
Because each tester gets a real conversation with the founder, and that does not scale. When the 20 places are taken, applications close.
It stays in your account and is used to run your requests. Your feedback may be used to improve the product. The details are in the privacy policy.
