This agreement is between Vorapure UK Ltd (company no. 17138078, "Bidalize") and the organisation named at sign-up ("you"). The person accepting it confirms they are allowed to accept it for that organisation.
1. What you get
Use of Bidalize Sourcing and Bidalize Supplier Check for your organisation, on the plan you choose. Every plan has every feature, unlimited logins and unlimited suppliers per request. People who only sign off awards by email do not need a login.
2. Plans and price
| Plan | Sourcing requests | Price in the UK | Price elsewhere |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free start | 5, no time limit | GBP 0 | USD 0 |
| Starter | 10 a month | GBP 29 a month | USD 39 a month |
| Team | 30 a month | GBP 59 a month | USD 79 a month |
| Business | 125 a month | GBP 135 a month | USD 179 a month |
| Block of 10 | 10, valid 12 months | GBP 35, one payment | USD 45, one payment |
Organisations whose billing address is in the United Kingdom pay in GBP; everyone else pays in USD.
- What counts. A sourcing request counts when it is created (not when saved as a draft; drafts do not count). A request cancelled before any quote has been received is returned to your allowance. A request cancelled after a quote has been received can be reissued once without counting again.
- Free start ends after 5 sourcing requests. After that you cannot start a new request until you choose a plan or buy a block; requests already started can be finished, and everything stays available to open and download.
- Monthly allowance resets on each billing date and does not roll over. Block requests are used after the monthly allowance and expire 12 months after purchase.
- Supplier Check is included at no charge while it is in early access. We will give at least 30 days' notice before charging for it.
- Prices exclude taxes, which are added at checkout where they apply.
3. Paying, changing plan and leaving
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Paddle, our payment provider and merchant of record. There is no minimum term beyond the month you have paid for.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. A month already paid is not refunded, except where the law requires it.
- Moving to a larger plan takes effect at once. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect from the next month, and the number of people with a login must fit the smaller plan first.
4. If payment stops or you cancel
- If you cancel: your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for. Then your organisation moves to the free start tier (no new requests until a plan or block is chosen).
- If a payment fails: Paddle tries the card again for up to 30 days. Everything keeps working during that time, and a notice in the app tells everyone in your organisation. If the payment still has not gone through, the subscription ends and your organisation moves to the free start tier (no new requests until a plan or block is chosen).
- On the free tier after a paid plan: nothing is deleted. You can open everything and download all of it: award records, quote documents, comparison sheets and the audit trail. Requests already started can be finished. Starting a new request needs a paid plan once the free allowance has been used. People who already have a login keep it; you cannot add anyone while 3 or more logins are in use.
- Coming back: choosing a plan again restores full use at once.
- Deletion: we delete your organisation's data when you ask us to. Copies in routine backups are overwritten within a further 30 days. We keep invoices and payment records for as long as tax law requires.
- A Free organisation that nobody has signed in to for 12 months is deleted after 30 days' notice by email.
5. Your data
Your data stays yours. We process it only to provide the service to you and on your instructions, as described in the Privacy Policy, which lists the providers we use. Your documents are not used to train AI models. You can download your data at any time.
6. AI and your decisions
Bidalize uses AI to read documents, and AI can misread a figure. Every figure shows where it came from and can be corrected. You check the figures and you make the purchasing decision.
7. Our responsibility
Our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for indirect loss or for the outcome of purchasing decisions. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Changes
We give at least 30 days' notice by email before changing this agreement or a price. A launch price is not raised while the subscription it applies to continues.
9. The full terms and the law
The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy form part of this agreement. Where this page and those documents differ, this page applies. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement.
