This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using Bidalize (provided by Vorapure UK Ltd). It applies to everyone who uses the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service.
You must not
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
- Upload content you do not have the right to share, or that breaches a confidentiality obligation, contract, or a third party's rights.
- Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or misappropriate a competitor's confidential pricing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the systems it runs on.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent its security or access controls.
- Introduce malware, or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Service by automated means except through features we provide.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties except as permitted in your plan.
- Use the Service to send spam, or add approver or contact email addresses you are not entitled to use.
- Misuse the AI features — for example by deliberately submitting content designed to produce harmful or misleading output.
Fair use
Plans are intended for genuine business use by the number of users in your plan. Sharing a single login across many people, or automated use that places an unreasonable load on the Service, is not permitted.
Your responsibility for uploaded content
You are responsible for the quotes and documents you upload. Because these often contain third-party business information (such as a supplier's prices and contact details), you must ensure you are entitled to upload and process that information through the Service. See our Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.
Reporting misuse
If you believe someone is misusing the Service, or that content infringes your rights, contact us at hello@bidalize.com.
Enforcement
If you breach this policy, we may suspend or terminate your access, remove offending content, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. We will act proportionately and, where we reasonably can, give you notice.
