A fit-out contractor, a clinic group, a trading company: each runs dozens of RFQs a month, from small orders to project materials, where three suppliers reply by email within days, one in Arabic, one with VAT included, one quoting per case. The comparison is an hour in Excel and an argument about whose number is right. Bidalize does it on arrival.
Electrical materials for a fit-out: a typed Arabic PDF, a handwritten Urdu quote photographed, and an English email that quotes the wrong breaker rating. Most visitors award the English one. Sixty seconds. Who will you award?
Items, quantities, must-haves such as a licence, a rating or a delivery window. Suppliers see what disqualifies them up front.
PDF, photo, spreadsheet or prices typed in an email, in English, Arabic or Urdu. Read, matched, flagged where unclear, locked at the deadline.
One sheet in AED or USD, VAT handled, packs turned into units, extra charges set aside and shown separately. Negotiation notes tell you what to ask each supplier before you call.
Every reading, every scoring run, every change and every sign-off, with the exchange rates used. Download it as the file for your management or your auditor.
A company with one or two people handling purchases for several sites or projects, running ten to a hundred requests a month, where quotes come in mixed currencies, languages and formats.
A large group with Ariba, Oracle or SAP sourcing in place and a procurement team to run it. Bidalize is for the requests those systems never see, not a replacement.
Doing fewer than a handful of requests a month? A spreadsheet is fine and we will tell you so. Bidalize earns its keep from about ten requests a month, or earlier when quotes come in several languages or someone has to answer for the decision.
Starter is $39 a month for 10 requests, Team $79 for 30, Business $179 for 125, each with unlimited logins and suppliers. Blocks of 10 requests, valid 12 months, for irregular volume. The first 5 requests are free, no card. A clinic group or contractor running one or two requests a working day is a Team plan. Groups with several sites usually fit Business. Blocks suit project-based buying that comes in bursts.
Yes. You set your base currency and VAT rate; quotes that exclude VAT have it added for comparison and are flagged so you can see where it happened. Quotes that include it are left as they are.
Typed Arabic reads reliably; handwritten Urdu depends on the photo, like any handwriting. Every reading shows its confidence and the original image, unclear figures are flagged for you, and you can type over any of them. Nothing is guessed silently.
Prices are set in US dollars and charged by Paddle, which accepts UAE cards. Your card issuer converts.
Yes. The first 5 requests are free, no card, no time limit. Run your next request through it and compare the sheet with the one you would have built.

Your suppliers will not notice a thing. You will have the comparison, the recommendation and the record the same day.
